She's either loved or hated. She's glared at, gawked after and gossiped about. She's hit on, called out, overprotected and complimented. 

He's drooled after, feared, respected and powerful. He's classified as a bad boy, easily the most popular boy in school as all bad boys are. 

She's on the run. Her entire existence is a mystery, not quite sure if she's human, werewolf, mermaid, witch or some sort of never before seen hybrid.

He's the soon to be alpha. He's not big on responsibility but manages to keep his reputation and bad boy behavior away from his parents. 

She's starting at her third school since she left her childhood home and the only thing she wants to do is blend in.

He lives to stand out.

and this my friends is the story of the time the alpha got rejected.


I just want to put out a disclaimer that I haven't updated in a very long time nor do I intend to at this point. For a while I wanted to try to at least finish the book because leaving a story undone is not what anyone wants to read but I was such a different person when I started writing this. I don't think it's possible for me to write to this story again. That is also why the story is not very well written (I was 13 when I wrote this) and seems to change a lot throughout the piece. I'm sorry for anyone that has already started it and is waiting for it to be finished. Please take this into consideration before you start reading this story.

I mumble quietly, trying to catch my breath which I lost in the heat of the moment. "Would you be lying to me if you said you didn't like it?" He replied, walking over to me.
