And there we were again right in front of each other. I was standing in my black high heels and my cherry red dress watching you fix your dark blue jacket. You looked at me and for one short moment i totally forgot Bruce, my prom partner was there holding my hand, and she was there with you holding yours. I looked down as i felt my throat hurt a bit. I turned my head up, faked a smile and started walking with Bruce by my side to get inside. Funny how two years ago me and you were making plans on how we were going to go to prom holding hands together and dance all night long, and now all we shared was this short moment looking at each other ,so damn near and yet so far, you with someone else and i with someone else...
