When you put on the mask, 10 people will die. You will go on an uncontrollable killing streak for three days, and cannot stop until 10 people are dead.

The Doll face mask takes over the town of Madison, Georgia when rebellious teenagers find the mask in the woods during the summer. Within 3 months, over 80 people have been murdered, and the police have no idea who is doing it.

Penelope Campbell thinks otherwise. She knows something very wrong is going on, and she's determined to stop this Doll Face.

What Penelope doesn't know is that she's the next innocent civilian to be killed.
