Riley Haze been convicted of 1st degree murder, and is sentenced to "death by black-hole." She expect death as her capsule approaches the event horizon. She recalls the events that led her to this situation, her life, and her struggles with the justice system. All while awaiting her probable death. 

"This was my first reality check in the many to soon come in the journey of ending up here. Inside this dinky pod. My arms bound to my sides, my legs strapped together facing a black-hole.
