Lex Luthor was the President of the United States and the US was doing great. But one day, The Joker and his gang broke through the office of the White House and detonated Kryptonite laced nukes across the world. Now, a reformed Green Arrow now goes by Arrow, traumatized by his wife's death, he now leads a new team. Final Justice. Co-Lead by Deadshot, having an epiphany and realizing there's more than killing in life. Also consisting of Red Hood, Catwoman, and Damien Wayne, as they try to rebuild a broken world, and find Bruce.
