Sixteen year-old, Janie Montgomery is neglected by her Mother and her Abusive Father. Janie lives a tough life., and she experiences a number of problems at school because of her anger issues. One night when Janie's at home, Her father comes back and brutality beats her- Almost to death- While her Mother watches.  Janie thinks this is the last straw, so she goes to her Dads closet and finds his gun. She is a very educated child, thanks to her Photogaphic memory. 
Finally when her Dad comes after her, she leads him out side and Shoots him. When she's arrested a gang ,called  The Ruby Reds, Busts her out because of her fighting skills. After five years of training she becomes first in command. Cold and heartless, she has shut off her heart. When she meets a guy in the most awkward way,  Will she finally tear down her walls?
