An apocalypse world where many people struggle just to survive. The main character has struggled for three years to keep the peace in a society he helped create. He is only eighteen. He has no fear and no regrets. He doesn't care to die. Zach wants to fight till the very end, but some may not like his idea. There are two opposing forces at work. The Messengers and Red Blood. They each have their own story, but are either of them right? The apocalypse has caused Zach pain and despair. Yet, it has caused hundreds of people the same feeling he is experiencing. He can't help how he is. Reckless, emotionless and unfazed. Zach needs a medium to calm him. And that's what he gets, or so he thinks. His  friend Frejya has been there for him in his darkest time, and she knows his deepest secrets. Will this be a story of love and revenge, or will it be devastation and reckoning when the church of purity is done with everyone?All Rights Reserved

Joel is in his late 40's, he was there when the apocalypse started and has suffered ever since, until he meets Ellie and his entire perspective on life changes.
