Hockey was my life.
It was my everything.
Until it got taken away from me.
It's been two years since the accident, since my true identity was revealed, since I lost the two things that mattered to me most, hockey and family. Although, today was supposed to be a good day, a turning point in my life. Today I was getting back on the ice.
