A boy is born with a quirk that can take, copy, and combine the quirks of others. He gains an interest in quirks starting at an early age, but kept it a secret as he did not want others finding out about his abilities and using it for their personal benefit. 

Due to not using his quirk, most people knew him as quirkless.

His life changes when he manages to meet a hero and gets the opportunity to attend U.A. High School, an academy that teaches one of the best heroics education in the world.
