Rosalina wants to be with Luigi, but it can't happen if he has a strong fiance with him. That's why when Bowser offers Rosalina a chance to partner up and get revenge on Mario and Daisy, she agrees without thinking. She's not usually cruel, but Bowser's offer came with a reward that he swore on: She WILL get the love of her life, no doubt about it. But does she? And there's Waluigi too, a silent lover, watching Rosalina in secret, hoping she'll notice him one day. Will she? That's what he's been asking his secret best friend.
