Mackenzie always wanted to go on a quest all by herself, she didn't expect two freshman to be tagging along in her journey. Stuck with an extended family she leads them to a supposed safe camp. Now all she wants to do is find their home.
Ryan thought he had a pretty good life until he discovered he was half god. His mother turning her back on the "extraneous" child, only caring for a normal boy, he seeks another family.
Alice moved around all the time, never actually settled down for a place to call home. All her life she had only her mom. With her own decision of leaving her behind, she hopes to find the safe heaven her mother had promised.
