Salvage ~ V1: Nuts and Bolts (Steampunk/ Gaslamp Romantasy ~ FxM, MxM) by avaseofpeonies
47 parts Complete Mature
A Steampunk/ Gaslamp Fantasy Romance set in the industrial revolution era of a fictional world. Magic, mad science, multicultural ambiance, and political intrigue all tightly laced up into one corset and powered by the steam of two romances - one F/M and one M/M. For mature audiences, 18+. ~~~*~~~ All creations carry a trace of the maker's ethereal energy, whether deliberately placed in the magical Artifacts made by the Alchemists, or unwittingly left in the handiwork of ordinary people. Kazia can feel that energy, in both machines and people. She may not be able to do any of the grand magic other Alchemists can, but give her a damaged machine and she can trace its energy to the problem, and know precisely how to repair it. She does have one other ability. One far more dangerous. One she will never acknowledge, and will never use. Fleeing her villainous father rather than becoming his pawn, Kazia finds a peaceful life on a farm in a neighboring country, where no one knows that she is the daughter of Prince Gorvan Devratha. But with war looming between her birth country of Valesk and her new home in Caedra, how long can that peaceful life last? She can be safe in the Caedran capital, among the Queen's Alchemists, but will anyone there trust her - especially the handsome but embittered Lord Kelvaran Meratha, who suspects Kazia's father of murdering his family? Abrizhen is Kazia's older brother. He does his best to play the role of the Prince's good son and heir, but when tasked with retrieving his wayward sister, he must return to the city he'd called home for many of his youthful years. There he'll have to reckon with his past, and finally choose between the life of a dutiful prince, or the welfare of his sister - and the rekindling of an old flame. ~~~*~~~ Please see the introduction for detailed content warnings.

Atlantis Academy: The First Element by AutumnKalquist

Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?

Elf Prince - Protected by the Elf Prince Part 3 by BersealiaDreamheart
10 parts Complete
Things have been a rollercoaster of a ride since I, Princess Isilme Akasha, came to the elven realm of Oira Londe. A Darkness has been plaguing the realm, causing discord and war against one clan. One such attack led me to travel with my boyfriend, Prince Adresin Gaelin, and his cousin, Prince Elluin, to the library of my ancestral castle, searching for something to cure Elluin's poisoned father. We discovered the magical healing properties of the blessed Akashan fountain water, but I also found out something horrifying. My long-lost twin brother, Keasatran Akasha, who brought the Darkness to the realm to punish the clans for ignoring our ancestor's warnings about the dire consequences of banishing humans. I refused to join him, and left with the princes and the cure in hand. After a few misadventures, and getting accidently sent to another realm, we managed to make it back in time with the cure. Now, my ancestors gave me a mission I must fulfill; to use the same sacred water to bless the four guardian shrines and save them from the Darkness that threatens to consume them. However, my brother is now somewhere in Oira Londe, after I was forced to help him return in order to recover the cure to save Elluin's father. He asked me to trust him, but can I after all he's done? With all these burdens and hardly any more answers to my gifts, can I trust my gifts and instincts to guide me when the time is right? **This novel is dedicated in loving memory to Chloë Xianah, friend of Torishima Eve, best friend of MasterMissy, and original voice actor for the ASMR Elf Prince series. Rest in Peace, Chloë. We'll miss you. Disclaimer: This story is not my original idea, but based on an ASMR video series written by Tiger'sTaleASMR and starring MasterMissyASMR. Drekablóð Rising:Fire(Book 1) by Phoenix-Dragoness
34 parts Complete
The war that started it all. Five hundred years ago a war erupted in Elementa when humans started hunting a revered race called the Drekablóð; half humanoid, half dragon. The humans saw them as abominations for their differences; fear of a race more powerful than another makes others do rash and deadly things. After the humans slaughtered a whole settlement of Drekablóð, the magical creatures of Elementa rose up in defense of the Drekablóð. The humans likewise called on their dwarf and elf allies. Thus Bellum ex Quod Draco ipsos Troiugenas began. For ten long, bloody years the races fought hard for the future of the Drekablóð. One wanting to exterminate them like pest. The other wanting them to survive and flourish. In the end, the humans won, but their victory cost them and the rest of Elementa dearly. The alicorns and dwarves disappeared. The wyverns and elves were practically extinct. Dragons were a rare sight. Only the humans survived to tell the tale of how they wiped out the evil monsters that tried to take their lands. Elementa, originally a lush and beautiful land, was now split into four different climates, equally harsh in their own way. But the humans prevailed in cultivating Elementa and chasing away any remaining magical creatures into her far corners. With the resistance of magical creatures no longer in their way, the humans continued their 'sport' of hunting the Drekablóð into extinction. Half a millennium later, the seeress Carmentha foresaw the return of the Drekablóð, and restoring Elementa to her prime and defeating the wicked and harsh rulership of Elementa. These four children have been destined to save Elementa before they were ever born. Can they overcome their difficulties and save Elementa? Or will they fail and allow Elementa to fall into darkness forever? There will be some minimum swearing and minimum acts of violence. I would rate this book for 14 and up.
