She lives in a world in which it's not impossible to see an individual with magic, but those who are blessed with the gift of magic are rare, unique, and specifically chosen by a force out of their control. When the gift of magic is bestowed upon an individual, it is a sign of high will and strength within their hearts when they're born. Some take weeks to show their powers, some can take a lifetime. As for Hiyori Yaboki, hers showed in Kindergarten, and with the years, she's discovered it's been called Light Magic. Light Magic is a rare - and difficult to control -  type of magic. She can use it, but only when brought to extreme heights of her emotions. She seeks the help of her best friends - Asuka, Takashi, and Haru - to help her find out how to make her ability useful. But things seem to take a turn when a student from her high school suddenly gets involved. How will this affect her friendships and her magic?
