I guess you can say this all stems from me not having Very good self-control. I feel like I have not been doing all that I am capable of.  I've been wasting the time and energy of this vast universe that I'm very well aware of. In other words, I'm being stupid, plain stupid ... I'm not sleeping, I'm stalled ... its time to go . . . I'm supposed to be waking others!
