I've read a lot of story's where people get kidnapped and you see it in there view, well I thought it was time for a book with the view of the kidnapped persons best friend.
Lucy Tate ,16, is an ordinary girl with a non ordinary best friend, Renee Cambell 16, the two girl have known each other since primary school and clicked like that.
The girls go on a camping trip with some others friends and during the night Renee is kidnapped leaving Lucy in her growing depression and guilt.
How while Lucy cope and will she ever find her best friend?

A woman (who had kids and a husband) had lost her life. This initially started a spiral of thoughts leading to the creation of this story. There are a lot of mirroring qualities between my life and Maribell's, but unlike the lovely woman who had passed (I personally don't know her, but may she rest in peace), I don't have kids or a significant other, so I had to put my own spin on things.
