Heroes and Villains - a concept Shoto Todoroki has always struggled with. With an abusive father ranked as one of the top heroes in the world, Todoroki wonders when and where the line is crossed. Attending the best hero school in the world doesn't help, as he is exposed to corrupted ideals, hidden under layers of smiles, quirks, and public service. When he comes across a secret plot threatening to completely control the ranking system, the idea of 'heroism' is shattered.
