As I Go On

You ever fall in love with a thought or an idea or something?
Like just the thought of it happening makes you giddy and bubbly inside.
But then you get sad, because you know...deep down theirs a fat chance of that ever happening...
But your stubborn brain doesn't wanna give up on that idea. So you base your entire life off of it. You strive off of that thought.
Until, that thought comes to life.
and your stuck dwelling on feelings of the past as the world races by you.
And just like that, you have the world...
So why does it feel so lonely.
