Many of us have thought about starting life over when a dramatic situation forced us to see the reality of things. We wake up the next morning feeling like the person we were the day before has died and someone was reborn. Creating this story, I want to give those a chance to speak out about recreating themselves. It can be in your own words or in the form of a poem.

June 2020 was when my life changed forever, I started my battle with depression, and it wasn't until 3 years later I got a diagnosis, but it's still there, it made me a whole different person, so here is my backstory, the battle and getting help, and to show your minds not your future. Your dreams are possible! I hope this can help someone, you are not alone.
