Death or love.
It couldn't be both.

But in the small town of Draga Iubitor, boundaries keep being broken.

After a long period of serial killers roaming around called 'The Wipe Out' and the law doing everything it can to lower the death toll, only a few anonymous murderers are left, or at least a few the local police know of.

To help identify them, a peculiar yet clueless detective known across the state has been called in.

But she isn't the only one trying to protect the town.

A mysterious watchdog has been at it for the last two decades, his need to wipe the killers from the Earth's surface having been passed down from his ancestors, only for him to fall for his bloodline's worst enemy.

And of course, to help settle the mood of anxiousness in town, the infamous mob boss who keeps everything balanced is looking for a successor.
