This is something I wrote in my head to calm myself down and to really understand what was happening. This, in my opinion, shows what it is like to have some kind of self-image issue where you put yourself down for no reason. 

Recently my box was damaged and someone broke this thought, that was plastered in my brain, that I am not someone that could be wanted.
