Dunia telah hancur karena sebuah virus yang dibuat untuk menyembuhkan manusia dari penyakit. Semua mencari perlindungan agar tetap selamat. Tidak peduli kawan bahkan keluarga semua lebih mementingkan diri sendiri. Di dunia yang mulai membusuk  ini rasa kemanusiaan sudah mati.

Bahkan untuk Wira, seorang mantan tentara yang harus menghadapi kerasnya bertahan hidup di Pulau Jawa. Nasibnya berubah ketika bertemu seorang gadis aneh seperti zombie bernama Rita. Bersama Rita, Wira mulai merasakan kembali bagaimana menjadi manusia yang memanusiakan sesama. Namun, perjalanannya bersama Rita tidaklah mudah.
