The truth has it's way, to melt through your hands.
Burn your skin, and leave nothing behind.
It can leave you paralyzed, motionless to the world.
Damage you to the point of giving up.

It's ghost will follow you, weigh on you.
Drive you mad, make you wish that you
never knew.

When the truth is the thing that destroys you,
If you can keep something out of the truth,
It will be safe.
If you put someone under the lies,
If you send someone on a journey
and they battle, they fight, they will be safe.
Because without the truth, you are free.
You can write your own destiny.
The deceived have more power than they will ever know.
For they are the most dangerous to the truth.

You just have to find someone willing to live the lie.
