Since Caroline's death, the Matthew's just haven't been the same.
Dawn Matthews has been soaring above and beyond to please her parents, a vain attempt at trying to fill the gap Caroline's sudden death created. 

After school one rainy afternoon, Dawn comes across someone who's going to do something incredibly drastic. She manages to help him out, but it turns out that she'll need help next: letters addressed to her surface, but Dawn doesn't know the sender.

What are her parents hiding from her?
