The Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from one-sided love, where the patient throws up and coughs of flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. The infection can be removed through surgery, but the feelings disappear along with the petals. 

Tamaki starts coming down with Hanahaki disease. Why? Because of his one-sided love towards Haruhi. It eventually gets fatal, to a point where Tamaki's dad decides to do the surgery. It's a success. Haruhi confesses and Tamaki accepts her feelings. What'll happen now? Read to find out
