Thousands of years ago, back when our kind were still known as 'angels' instead of the term 'isos', there were more than one type of us. There were those with white wings, and those with black wings. The isos, or angels, with the white wings were kind and gentle, many with hearts as pure as gold. They felt their best in the brightest of the days and helped the humans feel all amounts of positive emotions. The others, the ones with the black wings, made the humans capable of feeling negative emotions but brought out the stars at night, knowing that without these things, the world would not be balanced. For many centuries, the two sides lived in peace, but that didn't last long. I guess you know what happened next?

But where does that put me?

We'll just have to find out won't we?

~~~
Luna is an iso who doesn't quite fit in. She's used to it but it can get a little overwhelming at some points in time. But just how different is she?
Guess we'll have to find out.
*DISCONTINUED*
Hey so, I've decided to discontinue this story. Unfortunately, I haven't found any motivation to work on it since I last posted a chapter. Which is really upsetting, 'cause I quite liked this concept. But if I don't want to completely lose what's left of my sanity, I can't sit here at my laptop staring at an empty page for hours on end. I doubt I'll pick it up again. Sorry!
A world at war . . . Two rivals for the throne . . . If chosen by the six magets, one will have the throne for their own . . . In the land of Magic, all sorts of beings live together. But during this Era, the land is at war. A unicorn prince and a mermaid queen are warring to see who would be the next ruler of the land. To stop the war, a special group of people must choose. But those people are emotionally unstable magets. Luna is a Night Bringer dragon, but she isn't pureblood. She also has the abilities of a Water Sprayer and the scales of a Weather Wing. Under normal circumstances, nothing would be wrong, just would have trouble controlling extra powers. But the Night Bringers of the continent weren't open to hybrids in their species. That fact caused Luna so much pressure and stress to hide and cost her a spot at her dream school. But then comes the faithful day when she is revealed to be a part of a prophecy of her and five other magets that would stop the war. (A prophecy Luna had first, but that's beside the point) She and the other five are then thrust into a plot of conspiracy, secrets, and death, surrounded by people they don't know if they can trust or not. The pressure for Luna is only amplified by the added factor of might not being able to survive. Is this really how it's supposed to go? Is Luna going through all of this pressure for a good reason? Or are there factors she hasn't even considered? Inspired by Wings of Fire and Upside-down Magic THERE WILL BE BLOOD AND DEPRESSING THEMES! BUT TUI T. SUTHERLAND SEEMED TO GET AWAY WITH IT, AND I CAN TOO! Edit: [I am editing this story to make the story clearer and make more sense, just to let you know]
Because some people don't want to know anything AT ALL about the story before reading it, I'm just going to put this right here: [SPOILER ALERT] Have you ever met someone wonderful and amazing and you wanted to meet them so badly but you couldn't because they were two damn oceans away from you? You probably have. Well, that's what this story is about. Daniel Aalto and Charlie Mason meet through the internet and quickly become closer than a positive and negative magnet. From the moment they meet they know they need to get to see each other in person. That proves to be a bit hard since the two are separated by the Baltic and North seas as well as one, big Atlantic ocean. This fact continues to depress the two... how will they figure it out? "I'm sorry, but I'm a rainstorm. I don't want you to be caught in that". "You're my perfect rainstorm". NOTE: This story will be updated in real-time, meaning that every chapter will be published the day it was written (e.g., if a chapter title is "the 29th of July, 2016, it will be published on that date). Also yes I do realise that both of these names belong to actual real-life people you may have heard of. This was because our planet holds almost 8 billion people now, and I don't think there are any real names that DON'T belong to anyone. I promise I was not trying to steal these people's names, I was just trying to come up with character names that sounded realistic for the world. NOTE: This story contains injuries and illnesses. I have tried my best to make them as realistic as possible, even though they may not always actually be 100% accurate, as I need to change some things to fit the story better. Sorry for all you nerds who know the exact details of the injuries and illnesses I've mentioned in this book, it's probably gonna piss you off.
His irises swirled slowly, an enticing pale silver against his stark black lashes. They illuminated slightly, so quick it was gone in a blink. He broke our eye contact, lifting his head straight. A darkly amused expression appeared. It happened so quickly it seemed like a mask appeared. I blinked myself out of my trance, and turned on my heel to see what was at the receiving end of his humor. Augustus stood there. His face contorted into anger as he took in my ruined dress. His hands shook in his fury. "Roman." Augustus nearly snarled the name. "Have you come to join us, little King? The party was just getting started." So his name was Roman, some big secret. I rolled my eyes at the reveal as well as his taunting sentence. "Davina, what is going on here?" Augustus asked, his eyes full of betrayal. I had never seen him so guarded. I could feel his anger through my bones. His words were careful. What was he talking about? My brows furrowed at the insinuation, "What?" A line of smoke floated around my right shoulder and come between Augustus and I. How convenient. I had the desire to swipe it away but didn't. "What can I say, she...seduced me." Roman purred. His voice was a sensual whisper in my left ear. I subconsciously lifted my shoulder and backed away from it. Not only because he had lost his fucking mind, but also because it shot down my spine, caressing my skin. ** This book contains mature content. I will not give a maturity warning in advance, besides this one. [CURRENTLY BEING H E A V I L Y REVISED AS A NEAR COMPLETE DIFFERENT STORY] "Over a millennia ago, before the portals to the Earth were sealed off, the Angels and their darker brethren went to war. The Dark Angels had gone down to the realm of Earth and were possessing humans for the thrill of it. But wherever they went, damage was spread. Families were torn apart, people were caught doing immoral acts, and many humans lost their lives to the Dark Angels carelessness. The war lasted many, many years, but after a long and painful struggle, the Dark Angels were vanquished. They were banished to the realm of Gehenna and the portals between Earth and The Blue were sealed off. The woman who had defeated the Dark Angels, the one who had banished them and later sealed off the portals, was Alexandrine James, and after she won she was named Queen of The Blue." If you had a second chance... would you take it? If you could live again... would you? Even if you had to leave your family? Leave your home? Even if you had to die? [The revision I'm working on is /very/ different plot wise, so it's likely that I will leave this version of the story up even after I complete the new revision- but just be aware that there's a more competent version of this story in the works. ]
