Rose White is a rogue vampire  who is mostly sweet and lovable until she's hungry. Then she becomes sadistic and vicious using all to her advantage as she was born not bitten making her all the more aggressive with special powers and making her one of the strongest vampires alive.
This is why Rose goes after tougher prey then weak trivial humans, besides werewolf blood taste all the better and fuels her hunger for longer.
