Moving in to a whole new village in the middle of the night is just hell I swear. Hi my name is Ackra Shiowen and I'm a new village member of Konoha. I moved here because the Hokage of the village wanted to make a connection with my country and to do so they sent me one of the biggest power clans of the country which is The Shiowen Clan.
