"I can't take this act anymore. I'm...quitting," I mutter almost inaudibly earning a shocked expression from a certain person I need not to mention who.
Call it stupidity but I can't take this any longer, really. I turn on my heels and walk out the door without a definite place to go. As I run away from them, I hear voices calling out my name and telling me to come back but I don't dare stop. All I want now is to be alone, far enough from them and far from pretending someone I'm not.
