Someday
19 year old Alix has always been a responsible, organized, young woman with a good head on her shoulders. Unfortunately, she's also always been sheltered by her overprotective and smothering, paranoid parents. After a year of going to a community college and working two jobs she managed to save up enough money for a week long trip to England to visit some friends during the summer, and a bit more. However, things take a turn for the worse when she gets drunk at a party that was thrown for one of her friends--someone who she'd been crushing on for years. Despite their best efforts they decide to start a relationship together...alas, Alix's week long vacation could not have ended faster. Will their relationship end when Alix goes back home? Note: This is based off Tangled the Series which if you don't watch it you will be very confused. Sorry this thing isn't very good, it's my first fanfic. The series finale just hit its fifth anniversary, and as I was thinking about it I remembered this fanfic existed. ...this is certainly a piece of work, lmao. Between the writing style being very reflective of my age to the self-deprecating comments I wrote about my own writing to the stolen cover art (my sincerest apologies for that, I am going to change it but the original is by @codynaomiswireart on tumblr) it is beyond me what was going through my head when I wrote it. It is for that reason I found myself shocked to see it with thousands of reads and comments, which thank you for by the way, I did not realize there was this much demand for moon Varian lol. For now I intend on leaving it up solely because it is hilarious to me and a good reflection on what was at the time a very important show to me. In the present, a lot of my love for the series has been somewhat diminished, due to many factors. But I won't deny what it did for me then, as I have moved onto, what I am hopeful to view as far greater artistic pursuits lol.
