The Labyrinth Keys
In the sprawling waste zones of Ashfield, a city choked by the refuse of a broken society, Jack Vesper sorts through discarded junk with no real future in sight. At 25, he's just another misfit, another person tossed aside by the world, now working a grueling job as a garbage sorter. The days are monotonous, but when he stumbles upon a strange, black metal sphere buried deep in the trash, everything changes. Some of these labyrinths hold secrets of unimaginable value; others, unfathomable dangers. The chip seems to be a key-a gateway into these labyrinths. As Jack begins to piece together the labyrinth's secrets, he realizes that it could lead him to a power unlike anything the world has ever known. But with that power comes the threat of those who would stop at nothing to control it. The line between friend and foe blurs, and Vesper must navigate not only the physical maze but the twisted web of secrets and lies surrounding him.
