The Dark Wind had seemingly sprung from midair. The allies didn't know what to do. They were unstoppable, for they had already taken over Japan, China, the whole of South America, and they even had winter bases in Antarctica. Finally, after years and years of fierce war, the Dark Wind went into hiding after a bloody civil war among them. But now they are back, even more powerful than before.
