Emily Winston wanted a dog. Not just any dog, a German Shepherd that is smart and fast. Although, the downside was that her parents wouldn't allow it. Her life was perfect before her dad was declared dead, her Mom was laid off her job and became a alcoholic, and her brother went to the military for attempting suicide (or so she was told). Emma was definitely not excited for her 14th birthday where she gets a present from her dad after 3 weeks of his disappearance. But she soon digs deeper about her dad's disappearance and she finds things that she wishes that she never found. Join her on her journey through love, hate, death, and praise.
