Working full time and living on site at Paranormal Pups Rescue - a nonprofit facility giving a 100+ dogs a shot at finding forever homes - Harper Claire is finding it hard to adjust to its growing population. In a desperate attempt to acquire resources, Nevada's SPCA hosts a fundraiser in Las Vegas for her cause. There, she meets Aaron Goodwin, who recently decided to take a break from his job as Ghost Adventures' camera technician for the summer.
After a few accidental misadventures, Harper offers Aaron a position.
Soon, Aaron to return to the crew for filming. He is left with two choices: remain with Harper, and continue devoting himself to the rescue, or leave all he has loved and built, to resume his passion as a paranormal investigator. What will Aaron choose: passion, or pleasure? Harper, or the crew? A second chance at life, or a career without the one he holds most dearest to his heart?
