The story focuses around twin sisters, Chise and Chiho who have a love for music despite being complete and utter opposites; with Chise being the responsible, intelligent and officiant, while Chiho being playful, childish and naive. Then after an encounter with two small kittens in addition to a whole bunch of magical creatures called Fairy Tones which soon after becoming in sync with them, transform into Cure Harmony and Cure Note.
Now soon they shall fight the enemies called Silence, but first they must find the two remaining Cures; Cure Mix and Cure Tempo.

However, a evil group called:' Cataclysmic Clan' are lurking around and trying to take gemstones called:'Linkle Stones.' and use the stones for evil purposes... Well not on our watch, me and Suzume decided to find and collect the Linkle Stones and use them to defeat the evil and the villains. With the magical chant word:'Cure Up Ra Pa Pa Pa!' and joined hands, we both become magical legendary witches, Pretty Cure!
