Peter receives a phone call one day saying that his, Aunt May, has been in a tragic car accident & has fallen into a coma.
Peter, unable to deal with the stress & pain of losing the only family he has, starts to fall behind in his duties of being the 'friendly neighborhood Spiderman' & does more bad than good.
Tony, hears about, Peter's, behavior & tries his best to help by getting involved, but will Peter want help from the man who kept forgetting to call...?
Will Tony be able to help Peter at all...?
Or will Peter continue to lose himself...?

Tony Stark knows what he is capable of. Being one of the most powerful man in the world he'd never thought that he'll end up in this kind of situation. He'd never peg to be a father figure to anyone but one boy. Peter Parker. "M-Mr. Stark.." the shaking voice he heard never sound so small before. "C'mere kid." He pulls the teen up to his feet and the teen quickly went in his arms. When the rain falls
After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. One day Peter comes home to see his Aunt May shot and killed just like his Uncle Ben. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. But sadly over the time of three months Peter slowly stopped talking, the schools therapist that was in charged of helping Peter to talk again. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression. Begging
Pain. That was all he knew now. Peter Parker had gotten over the fact that he would never be normal. The whole accords situation, vulture. It was all too much and had started to get to him. Peter got to stay in Avengers tower, and would go on the OCCASIONAL mission with the team, (luckily everyone had made up. Steve and Tony still had problems, but had almost managed to work them out) but mostly he just stayed there for the company, and it just made things better. He liked Mr. Stark. He was like a father to him and,( though he would never admit it) loved him like one. One day when Peter goes to his aunt's apartment, he is taken by someone. He doesn't know who. He doesn't know where. And he doesn't know WHY. Pain. That was all he knew now. Will the Avengers be able to find him? And if they do... Will he be OK? I would like to point out that this story is rated MATURE because of physical abuse, refusing to eat, and possible self harm. If I missed anything, please let me know and I'll add it to the list.
