Jay Takamoto, a second-year high schooler from Japan, has been chosen to join the Hero Organization after going through a rigorous exam. Little did he know that the District he was assigned to, well kidnapped too, was actually the Villain Organization, Black King.

Follow Jay as he works his way from the bottom to the top. He will make new friends, enemies, even become a double agent all for the sake of his loyalty. To who though?
