Heroes and Villians have been fighting with each other ever since the era of "Abilities" has started. Jay Takamoto, a second-year high schooler from Japan, has been chosen to join the Hero Organization after going through a rigorous exam. Little did he know that the District he was assigned to, well kidnapped too, was actually the Villain Organization, Black King. 

Follow Jay as he works his way from the bottom to the top. He will make new friends, enemies, even become a double agent all for the sake of his loyalty. To who though?

One day, they're called in because the League infiltrated an office building. They had no clue why they picked that building, but it wasn't their job at the moment to question it. They just had to stop them and figure it out later. They stumble upon a member that had to be new, neither of them had seen or heard of the small green haired boy, typing away on his computer.
