Rosabelle Winters; smart, shy, geeky, and a 'plain jane'. She's nothing special and she knows it. To make matters worse she's being forced by her family to move from the big city of L.A. to the small town of Knoxville, Tennessee. Never to see her friends again, not that she had many, and ruining her chances of finally making her crush, Colton Evans, notice her for the first time.
