A true mothers message is a emotional  story about a young pregnant mothers relationship with her husband....as the young mother continues her nine months the relationship with her significant other begins to change....
As the story progresses the young mother gets framed for a fatal hit in run accident and faces serious  consequences that put her own life and her unborn child's life on the line.
