Flare is Bloom's twin sister. She isn't as popular as Bloom, though. Even if she also has the Dragon Flame. Her Flame, however, is stronger than Bloom's. But no one notices or cares. She's only in the Winx Club because of Bloom. Flare is soo powerful and it's... Let me put it this way. Flare is more powerful than the Winx combined!!
