Chloe Faye, beautiful, 17 year old girl in highschool. She has a huge secret, that is absolutely life changing. She's deaf. The day of her 8th birthday, she was in a car accident with her twin brother and aunt. You will learn more about her story in this book.
She is moving to a new school in Miami, Florida. When she was 8, she learned sign language, brail and how to read lips.
Her doctors and parents suggested that she should go to a school for special kids, but who would want to go to a school and be treated like you weren't able to take of things yourself.
She doesn't want anyone to find out, because at her old school everyone was scared of her. Not because she was deaf, because if they made fun of her she'd beat them up.
Ryan Snow is the school badass, typical bad boy. Smokes, drinks, goes to parties, and likes to play with girls. He does one night stands and once he gets what he wants (sex), he dumps them.
Well Chloe, doesn't do the whole dating thing. She immediately rejects Ryan and that leaves everyone shocked and confused, including Ryan himself. He is determined to get Chloe and he will stop at nothing, but what happens when some feelings and jealousy get thrown into the mix? Will Chloes past come back to haunt her? What does Ryan do when he gets frustrated and confused?
