It is being in this temporal existence of fiction that travels in time and somehow sitting in the one secluded corner of your room you have explored the thoughts of a distressed king, a confused high schooler, and a lonely killer.

And oh, I have fallen in love with these words that I have read.

I am a writer on Wattpad, and this is a little insight in the fabricated world of words that I create.

A dream I had that forced its way out of my head and onto Wattpad. A story that wants to be told. The night of July 23rd going into the morning of July 24th 2015 I had a dream as I slept, a dream that played like a movie. When I woke, I felt I just had to write it. It wanted to come out. I wrote over 2,700 words then and there before doing anything else. A week later and a story became complete at a little over 7,700 words. This, for a long time, was something I really wanted to return to. There was and is so much more that I thought could be done with this tale, so as January 2022 comes to a close, a return does come to that world. Those 7,7000 words have become 8,600 words of an opening story in this ... world. The time had come to explore this world a little further ... a second tale, complementing the first, written between January 31st - February 2nd 2022 now takes the total word count to just under 12,800 words. In the quiet moments when darkness consumes all that we know, we are left with whispers-silent echoes of a past we cannot escape. A heart burdened by loss, a soul shattered by cruelty, yet still, there lies a flicker of hope, a chance to change the course of fate. For even when the world turns its back, there are bonds that form in silence, promises made without words, and love given without expectation. But fate, as it always does, remains a cruel force, pulling away what we dare to hold close.
