Captain Donovan Mclintrix is the former captain of the USS RELIABLE, who was jailed in disgrace for a crime he is completely innocent of! (Oh, Of all the nerve!) After spending many, many years in the cookie, he is finally cleared of charges and given command of another vessle: USS COWBOY, to aid the United Federation of planets in a war between the Terrans and the barbarous Klingons! (those are Klingons who make excellent barbers) But before he can even consider accepting this command, Captain Mclintrix must first face his darkest fears and overcome the one thing that has haunted him all his life: Plastic Food! Will he be able to overcome such an awesome fear, or will he end up getting (wait for it...!) TREKKED!!! (Your guess is as good as mine.) Oh, and he also gets a crew. Starfleet's finest! (Oh boy...)
