Nora Johnson used to think life was going pretty well. Business at her children's book store was booming, she lived in a great city, and her boyfriend Winston was the envy of all her single friends. Recently, however, Winston has started to change. His once jovial personality has become increasingly dark and possessive. Soon, the arrival of a ghost from Nora's past will challenge her relationship in ways she never anticipated.
