In most skills a 5 to 8 is decent. In languages a 10 is being able to speak in normally, like you're not a scholar but you're not awful either. In combat skills, the higher the better. In normals stats though, like strength and dexterity, a 50 is average. Getting to 60 is you're better than most people. 70, hey you're petty good at that. 80, wow you are freakin' amazing. 90, wth how are you that good. 100+, you're basically godly in that area.
