Are we awake? Or are we asleep? Are we living? Is this really... living?
Machavelian was just an ordinary university student. He lived alone in a one-bedroom condotech, in a world where everything was technologically advanced. But then one night, somebody broke into his home and forced him out of sleep.
The man was gasping for breath, his frantic eyes glowing under the faint moonlight through his window. Machavelian's front was being grasped tightly with trembling fists.
"Hey..." the man gasped. "...Are you awake?"
