Spectre

Fiona Martin wakes up to find she is stone cold dead. But what is she supposed to do now that she's a ghost? Luckily a man, known only as The Raven, is here to help. He offers her a choice; stay a ghost forever and remain as a tortured soul, never to leave, or to become a Spectre. As a Spectre she would be given a year to do whatever she would like as if she were still human. A year to be free and live the life she had taken from her and then she would be judged to her proper resting place.

With a catch, of course. She can never see anyone from her former life ever again.
