Tsunade is the fifth Hokage of the leaf village. Sasuke left the village to join Orochimaru.
Those aren't the only changes going on, though. Alanah and Kakashi had their son, Hajime. But, with Kakashi going on many missions to help pay for the well being of his family, they don't spend much time together anymore.
Not only that, Kabuto is doing everything in his power to destroy the family Kakashi and Alanah has created.
