Amber's "normal" life, if you can even call it that, is turned up side down when she decides to go on a run one evening. This decision throws her into the realm of things she can only begin to understand. Can she get out? Who's the boy with the angel wings? Can she survive? And worst of all, who is she?

Her Mother was known as a great healer in the village until they found out she was a witch. The village then worked together to burn her at the stake, while her Father kept her birth a secret from the whole village until she was old enough. Then when her Father died of disease everyone found out what she was. The villagers had decided to burn down her house and chase her out so she fled the only home she had known, and into the forest. After becoming lost she meets a woman laying in the grass, so she goes to her for help. Meeting her was the beginning of a mission to save three different races, herself, and the woman that she realizes that she loves.

Molly grew up as a fisherman's daughter in a village by the ocean, so naturally, it was a surprise to her and those around her when she acquired fire powers. Everyone around her had some sort of magic, but they all were compatible with who they were. Molly's mother had died in a fire for Aglea's sake!
