Growing up being trained mercilessly to the point of abuse by her own father, Jaime becomes one of the best candidates to join the army. With the struggle of being a girl, Jaime and Steve both prove to share the same dream to fight for their country.
Along the way to destroy Hydra and their plans, Steve's best friend Bucky and Jaime discover uncovered truths about their feelings. Though luck is never on Jaime's side, she loses everything in a matter of seconds. Will Jaime be able to serve for her country even when she feels as though there is nothing left to fight for?

When she was around 16 years old she started to fall in love with Bucky, but never told him due to his interest in other women, but he secretly loved her too. When the news that Bucky had been drafted into the army at 23 years old and Steve was attempting to enlist reached her, she was devastated. She couldn't loose the love of her life and best friends to the war, but she kept quiet. Now we join her and follow her story.
