THIS STORY DOES HAVE MILD GORE IN IT. DO NOT READ IF NOT COMFORTABLE.
Same goes for people who aren't comfortable with awkward teenager moments.

"Do you know why we brought you here?" Will asked me. It was hard to hear him. He was just barely whispering. "Um... No... I don't think so." I whispered. I yelped when someone - or something - grabbed me. I turned my head, my eyes going wide at the ugly creature that had a hold of my arms. "What... Wh-What's a goblin doing here?!" I squeaked. The human and mythical world had been separated eons ago, it made no sense that a goblin was here in the human world.
"He's a friend of my father's." The boy said, the goblin chuckling as it pushed me into the middle of the stones, then stepped away and disappeared. "He could only stay for a few moments though..." the boy and girl moved to stand outside the rings of stone pillars. Will remained inside, looking conflicted. I stared at him. I must have looked frightened, since Will was looking at me with such a guilty expression on his face. "Will, what's going on?" I asked.

Something didn't feel right. I looked around my room slowly; cautiously; taking everything in and trying not to feel too nervous. Perhaps Lure was in my room right now, watching me, silently laughing to himself. I didn't doubt it. I slipped off my bed and walked around, hugging my waist, and tilted my head. I felt my rough ponytail slide against the back of my neck and over my shoulder as I moved. "Lure?" I hissed, "Lure, are you there?" I wandered around a little, for some reason feeling scared. But why? It was only Lure. He wouldn't hurt me, would he? "Okay, Lure. Quit it. I know it's you. Who else would it-" I stopped, startled, when I heard a strange sound that made me cringe. It was like fingernails being dragged across a chalkboard. I whipped around and came face-to-face with my mirror. Immediately, I saw the difference. Various scratches were displayed across the glass, forming words. It looked as if claws had written the words in the mirror. "Deepest apologies, but it was fun."
